Who Will Be Cleaning My Home or Office?
A regularly assigned team of professionals from 5 Star Cleaning Services will be doing the cleaning. We make every effort to have the same team clean your home so you are comfortable and build a trusted relationship with our staff. Occasionally there may be a change in personnel cleaning due to illness, vacation or day off. All of our cleaners are bonded and insured.
What If Something Breaks During Cleaning?
Great care is taken during our cleaning process. In the rare occasion that something does damage during cleaning, 5 Star Cleaning will make every effort to repair and if needed, replace any broken item. If needed, insurance claims will be filed.
Do I Need To Provide Cleaning Supplies?
No. Our company will provide all of the necessary cleaning supplies. If you prefer that we use your cleaning supplies, please let us know prior to the clean.
What Time Will The Cleanings Be Scheduled?
We work around your schedule so you can have the cleaning done at your convenience. Generally our cleaners work Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Special arrangements can be made for weekends on an as needed basis. For example: Pre-Party clean up on a Saturday morning or After-Party clean up on a Sunday.
How Much Does It Cost For The Cleaning?
We work with every customer to create a custom cleaning plan to fit your budget, cleaning frequency and preferences. An estimate over the phone is just that, an estimate. Once one of our trained managers arrives in your home you will be able to have an accurate and final quote. Some of the things that can change an over the telephone quote would be the level of cleaning needed during the job (based on size of the home/office, lifestyle etc…) as well as if there are multiple pets in the home. Oven , refrigerator and window cleaning are also options you can select during the estimate.
Do I Need To Do Anything Before The Cleaners Arrive?
No. We do ask that any clothing or toys are picked up off of the floor or any wild pets are put away prior to the arrival of your cleaners.
Do I Need To Be Home During The Clean?
Most of our customers are not home during the clean. For years our cleaners have been trusted in our clients homes & offices without them being there. An extra key would be necessary for our cleaners to access the interior of the home or office. Great care is taken when you do provide us with an extra key. We will guard your key as if it were the key to our own homes. The keys will be labelled and locked away at one of our secure locations immediately when not in use.
Am I Liable If One Of The Cleaners Is Injured On My Property?
No. In fact, may home owners are unaware that they can indeed incur personal liability if a non-insured person is cleaning their house or office. It is never a good idea to hire people to clean that are not covered by insurance if there is a work related injury. 5 Star Cleaning has all of this covered for you.
Should I Tip The Cleaners?
Gratuity is always appreciated whenever someone does a good job when performing a service. While never required, it’s a great way to say “Thank You” for giving that five star service. All tips should be in an envelope marked “Tips” or “Gratuity” and never left laying around loose. Our cleaners will never touch money left out on a counter or dresser.
